In recent month I have been trying to get more done around the house. One of the pressing issues was that both bedrooms in my little home were straight up poop. Needing everything from new floors, new paint, fixing some closet space, etc. It was all fine when I was single and didn't care about my home. But now that I am getting married I want to make sure myself and my Fiancé are sleeping somewhere we actually enjoy. Oh, and the dogs as well.
In this video I uncover one of the coolest things I never thought I would find, a fireplace hidden in the wall! This was huge for the the transformation of the room. With this awesome focal point, I knew I had to go big! So I build a custom bookshelf, strip and seal the fireplace, add some custom trim work, and lay some new floors. Lots of fun and tips in this one!
