Intermittent fasting doesn’t mean you starve yourself. You need to include nutrient dense balanced meals to your diet. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF INTERMITTENT FASTING IS TO RESTRIXT CALORIES. It’s very easy to follow Intermittent Fasting but there are people who do mistakes while following intermittent fasting. Thus, they don’t see any changes in their bodies or on the measuring scale, which eventually demotivate them.
