BREAKING: The NEW Tesla Battery Doubles The Model S Range

In this video we talk about the battery power of the Model X. And in particular, we are talking about doubling the battery of the Tesla Model S Range. The 1020 hp Tesla S model impressed us with its car and driver test acceleration performance. This is despite all the extra-fast hardware and sticky tires, the vehicle delivered to the driving range. It had an impressive eighty percent of its EPA-estimated range in our real-world 75-mph highway test, the best of the recently tested Tesla.

The vehicle traveled two hundred and eighty miles at seventy-five mph on the highway, sixty-eight miles less than the Model S Plaid's 348-mile EPA-estimated range. It matched the Porsche Taycan as the electric vehicle with the second longest range ever tested. It comes in behind the Model S long Range. The EPA estimated at four hundred and two miles and traveled three hundred and twenty miles in the test. It ranks as the only electric vehicle to reach 300 miles.
