Return to Sleep After a Nightmare - Anti Nightmare Meditation Series Part 1

After a nightmare that woke you up it will be difficult to fall back asleep. You might feel anxious, agitated or emotional. This nightmare meditation will soothe you and help you to return back to sleep.

Nightmares are messages from your subconscious. They are related to events or thoughts the subconscious could not fully process yet. The nightmare reveals some of your deepest fears. This could even be a fear you are not fully aware yet.

When interpreting your nightmare, do not stay on the surface level. Dreaming of falling off a large tower does not necessarily mean you are scared of heights, it could mean you are anxious about losing control or fear facing an unavoidable end.
