:- ingredients.

Chicken masala curry.
Add the 6" red chillies in a mixture jar.
Peel skin 1 garlic.
2" inch ginger.
Season water.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

Add the 4" tomatoes in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

PAN on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Cinnamon.
Cloves 3" cardmom.
Bay leaf.
Japatri.
1/2" Tbls ' black pepper.
2" chopped onions.
Roast well.
Add the 1 ' kg' chicken.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Mix well.
Saute for 4-6" minutes.
Add the blended chilli paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
1" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1/2" Tbls ' turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the blended tomato paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
1" glass of water.
5" green chillies.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 4-6" minutes.
Coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Our delicious family chicken curry is a ready.
