I purchased two of these boxes from Home Depot as they look like a nice pannier system for my 2008 KLR650; however, I wanted a method to transport my gear to the campsite or hotel without spending the time to remove the boxes from my rack.

I created the pattern and sewed the identical bags.
Additional features include:
Durable water resistant Cordura nylon shell.
Adjustable shoulder strap.
Mesh outer bag for easy access.
Stiffening material added to provide shape to the bag.
Custom fit to the Rigid boxes.
