3 Ways OneNote Can Increase Your Note Taking Efficiency

Number 1: Fantastic Organization! With OneNote, you can easily organize your notes via notebook, via a section within a notebook, or via a page within a section. For example, meeting notes can be taken as individual pages within a section.

Number 2: Using Tags to standout! When taking notes, you can use tags to call attention to various parts of the note. For example, if a to-do list is being talked about in a meeting , you can call attention to priority tasks by using the “priority” tag.

Number 3: Collaboration! OneNote allows real time collaboration, and this can be very effective when notetaking. To share a page, simply click on file, share - and invite. Notes can then be taken collaboratively.
