Whatever It Takes

Back to build stairs.  Both stairs will be pacific_woodtech Treated LVL 3 1/2 x 11 7/8" stringers and we'll be using concrete treads.  This is the most economical way to build exterior stairs.  Stringers will house the treads, so no cutting out riser/tread.

I had planned on getting them down and around the back via the golf cart path, but scheduling didn't work out and the site work contractors showed up.  Greg and I rigged up the bundle of Treated LVL and got it around back.  Incidentally, the one pink Jackass saw horse is from 2017.  The whiners who complain about "chip board" and "particle board" frankly don't know what they are talking about.
