Watch out for congestion on Zermatt’s ski slopes 😬

Most lifts only serve a handful of pistes, leading to lots of people on each run, meaning it's tough to carve out your own space on the trail. And if you're stuck behind someone, it's often hard to pass them because they're either using the whole slope or carving aggressively across the whole width of it.

At least visitation is much lower on the Italian side or @zermatt.matterhorn, making lift lines and trail congestion over there extremely rare.
