Paruppu Kulambu (Ingredients)
Toor dal – ½ cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Shallots – 10 to 15
Garlic cloves – 10
Green chilli – 2
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder
Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Grind coarsely & keep aside
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3
Dry chilli – 3
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Salt
Coriander leaves

Yam Fry (Ingredients)
Yam (Senai Kilangu) – 300 grams
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Rice flour – 1 tbl spoon
Corn flour – 2 tbl spoon
Oil – 4 tbl spoon
