Ingredients and process

1/2 cup suji(सूजी )
1/2 cup flour (मैदा )
3tab sugar(चीनी )
2tab milk powder(मिल्क पाउडर )
1+1/2 cup warm milk(दूध )
a pinch salt(नमक )
Mix all the ingredients and make a lump free batter and let it rest for 5- 10 minutes.
1cup sugar(चीनी )
1+1/2 cup water(पानी )
2 green cardamom(हरी इलाइची )
a pinch saffron (kesar)its optional
Make a sticky syrup.
In medium hot oil pour the batter with a laddle
and fry it till golden.
Soak the pua in warm sugar syrup for 5 minutes.
