Synopsis

Woh 7 Din (Those Seven Days) is a poignant love story set in 1980s India. Maya (Padmini Kolhapure), a young woman from a humble background, is forced to marry the affluent Dr. Anand (Naseeruddin Shah) on her wedding night. However, Maya harbors a deep love for Prem (Anil Kapoor), an aspiring music director. Devastated by the turn of events, Maya attempts suicide, revealing her love for Prem to Dr. Anand.

Touched by Maya's plight and upon learning that he only married her to fulfill his ailing mother's wish, Dr. Anand makes a life-altering decision. He vows to reunite Maya with Prem, even if it means sacrificing his own happiness. Woh 7 Din explores the complexities of love, duty, and societal pressures. Will Dr. Anand succeed in his quest?
