J.W. LeBreton Ross and the Sault Ste. Marie Canal

J.W. LeBreton Ross was the Sault Ste. Marie Canal’s longest serving Superintendent, from 1907 to 1936. His passion for horticulture played a pivotal role in enhancing the site’s aesthetic appeal, a legacy cherished by visitors for over a century.
