Baked to perfection, this delightful treat combines the wholesome goodness of oats and the irresistible richness of Nutella✨
Ingredients:
Oats: 1 cup
Ripe banana: 1
Brown sugar: 40 gm
Milk 200 ml
Nutella: 3-4 tbsp
Cocoa powder: 25 gm
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Roasted hazelnuts
Process:
• Blend oats into fine powder.
• Mash one ripe banana and add sugar, milk and Nutella.
• Sift in powdered oats, cocoa powder and baking powder.
• Fold gently to make a smooth batter.
• Add batter to the muffin liners and top with roasted hazelnuts.
• Bake at 170C for 25 minutes.
✨Tips✨
• All the ingredients should be at room temperature.
• Sifting in dry ingredients is always a good idea as it gives an aerated and lump-free batter.
•Oven settings should be on 'toast' ie both the rods should be on.
• Keep a close eye during baking. Sometimes you just blink and your stuff goes for a toss.
• Preheat oven 170°c for 10 mins, before you place your tray inside.
• Although any sugar can be used, but brown sugar gives a better result.
• Don't overmix the batter. Make sure it's just well combined. Over mixing can lead to dense cupcakes.
