For Taro Root Fry
Taro Root/Kesavina gedde - 1/4 kg
Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Red chili - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Few Curry Leaves
Oil to deep fry
For Garlic Huli Saaru
Garic - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
Saaru powder - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Dried Sundekai - 2 tbsp
Coconut milk - 100 ml
Mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves
Salt to taste
