Chicken Pulao
1 kg chicken legs ( cut each leg into 2 pieces)
3/4 kg basmati rice (soaked for about 2 hours )
6 medium onions fried brown (barista)
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5 green chillies (paste)
1 cup curds
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Clarified butter (ghee)
Kewra water / kewra essence
