REVEALED! 2022 Tesla Model 3 Seems Much SLOWER Than 2021 Tesla Model 3!

In today's episode, we will be going through the question of why the 2022 Tesla Model 3 is much slower than the 2021 Tesla Model 3? In fact, this question was raised by many and wanted it to be answered as soon as possible.

When the new Model 3 first came out, every Tesla enthusiast was excited. And it still is, but there's one minor factor that made everyone upset. We all know that Tesla has been making some of the world's fastest production cars and some of the world's safest cars, and this time we have a slower car than its previous generation. Is it because of the new battery pack?

So as we were speaking, the new LFP battery pack, or lithium iron phosphate battery pack, may have offered the Tesla Model 3 a range gain and the ability to charge up to 100 percent all the time, but it had a clear detrimental effect on its performance. The Model 3 Standard Rear Wheel Drive's acceleration time to 60 mph has officially risen from 5.3 to 5.8 seconds. In reality, we may trace the part of the apparent slowness of the newer Model 3 to a difference in driver reaction times when testing the car with that of the 2021 model.

When looking for answers to this question, Tesla isn't clear on why the newer Model 3 RWD is slower than the previous model; the manufacturer's explanation is vague and lies along with the reason of taking away some performance to give it better efficiency, but it's been said that it actually has a different motor, the standard P990, rather than the P980, which is the Performance rear motor. Why would they do that? It's apparent that it's for efficiency; it's like, why would they change the motor specifically, and is there any other reasons for it?
