I use the Flow Time Technique mixed with Pomodoro to stay focused for as long as possible without feeling constrained to a set time or getting distracted by taking a break while I am focused.

A little tip from me :
✔ Prepare what you are going to study each session(hint: chapter/topic)
✔ Have a bottle of water nearby, No eating during a study session
✔ Learn, Review, and Test yourself during the session.
✔Have a Distraction book on the side to write your destructions
✔During breaks take a walk or stretch, drink water, and eat a healthy snack

At times I read out loud especially when I feel like I am getting distracted and this also helps me to engage with what I am studying and enables me to fully focus
