How does the first 16" MacBook Pro M1 Pro look and feel like after 1036 days of daily use?

For some of us, the most important decision is which laptop we're going to buy. I've been using the M1 Pro laptop for the last three years and discuss it's condition, performance and whether or not I think it's still a good buy in late 2024. Could this be better than buying an M3?
