chicken stock - 150ml
ginger - 1/2 tbsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
soy sauce - 1 tsp
sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
fish sauce - 1/2 tsp
white pepper - 1/3 tsp

Chili oil base
Korean red pepper - 1-2 tbsp
minced garlic 1-2 tbsp
white sesame - 1 tsp
hot oil - 1/4 cup

Chili oil sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
1 tbsp chopped scallions

Peanut butter sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
1 tbsp sweetened peanut butter
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
