Stolen Safes and ATMs Dumped by California Freeway

Thieves used the side of a California freeway to dump stolen safes and ATMs. The loot was stumbled upon by volunteers looking to clean up trash near the 118 Freeway. They found dozens of stolen safes, but made sure not to tamper with anything authorities might need in an investigation. During the volunteer's clean up efforts, they found a safe that hadn't been opened and even more stolen property. Cops say the burglaries happened between December 2024 and January 2025.
