Alien - Theatrical Re-cut Soundtrack (HQ) - 18 It's a Droid

Hello guys! After creating the theatrical version soundtrack for Aliens, I found that the first Alien was scored similarly. The officially released albums differ from what you hear in the movie. Also there were a lot of scores borrowed from Mr. Goldsmiths previous work, Freud and othe classical pieces from Mozart for example.
Due to the fact, that there is no theatrical cut soundtrack released and the 4K release of the film did not include an audio track for it like Aliens, I had to record each scene from the film where music plays. Then use it as a guide to puzzle the pieces together from the album versions.

I must say, this was way harder than Aliens 😆 A lot more cuts were made. And also this is a pretty old film with pretty old recordings, so I was not able to remove any white noise, especially from Freud scores. It is what it is. Thats the beauty of it 😊
