Here's how to make the best super easy molten chocolate lava cakes for two! You can make them in the air fryer or oven in less than 15 minutes. They're so rich and chocolatey and taste like they belong in a fancy restaurant!

Ingredients:
To coat the ramekins:
1 tsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp cocoa powder
For the Lava Cakes:
50g dark chocolate or chocolate chips (1.8 oz)
50g unsalted butter (3 ½ tbsp)
1 medium egg + 1 medium yolk (1 large egg + 1 large yolk US sizes)
50g icing sugar (⅓ cup powdered sugar/confectioners’ sugar)
30g plain flour (¼ cup all-purpose flour)
10g cocoa powder (4 tsp)
¼ tsp salt
Yield: Makes 2 lava cakes
Ramekin Size:
6cm x 6cm (2.5” x 2.5”)
Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer: Cook at 170°C/340°F for 13 minutes.
Oven: Bake at 210°C(190°C fan)/410°F for 13–16 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly pressed.
