Congratulations to me on attending my first college women’s basketball game — the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers versus my alma mater the Northwestern University Wildcats.

Although, I’m not new to the game of college women’s hoops having watched the greats like Pat Summit’s Tennessee Lady Vols and Gino’s UConn Huskies on the small screen, this was the first time seeing it in person.

By the way, University of Minnesota took the W with the final score 88 - 63
