Pizza

For The Sauce
4 big tomatoes blended
2 medium onions blended
2 tsp pizza seasoning
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
10 garlic flakes finely chopped

For The Dough
6 cups maida ( AP flour )
1 1/2 tbsp instant active yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mixed herbs (pizza seasoning)
3 tbsp butter
3 cups warm water
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Toppings
Onion (cut into rings)
Capsicum (cut into rings)
Mozzarella cheese
Processed cheese
Butter fried sausages
Basil , oregano, pizza seasoning and chilli flakes

Method
Please follow the video. Bake the pizza at 200*C for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
