If you are building a personal brand and getting yourself out there, it doesn't matter. When a recruiter reaches out to you, it bypasses the entire system.

Many times, the people complaining because they can't find a job are the same ones that aren't doing anything to have their skillset seen. As crazy as it sounds, we are all sales people. We have expertise, knowledge, and experience, but if we don't have the ability to sell it to an employer, it does no good.
