If you ever considered starting in property investment in the UK, you will definitely know about buy to lets, but you may not have heard of an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation). This is where multiple people from different families live in the same house. It is a great way to create much higher levels of cashflow. I have decided that this year, I am going to start building my own property investment portfolio and I am starting by looking for an HMO. I hope you enjoyed this video!
