Samsung SA300 | 24" LED FullHD Wide-screen Monitor

Hello,

Today I am going to be showing you guys the Samsung SA300 in all of it's glory. This monitor is LED with a resolution of 1920x1080 and a refresh rate of 60Hz. I am running this monitor off of my Mac Pro and Hackintosh using the Adobe RGB color space. The color when compared to my 30" Cinema Display are night-and-day but, when browsing the internet, watching movies, and playing games this monitor is awesome. It's SUPER light and amazingly thin. Since it is a 16:9 Aspect Ration, you won't have black bars while playing games and watching most movies.

This Samsung will run about $200-220 U.S Dollars depending on what venue you go through. I got mine from Walmart for $210.

The only downside to this monitor is the lack of HDMI... But that can be easily corrected with an HDMI-DVI connector. But, that adaptor doesn't pass through Audio. Advantage of using HDMI. But this doesn't really bother me since I usually use Optical audio to plug in my devices such as Xbox 360.

Overall, you will be very impressed with this monitor and I think it's definitely worth looking into if you are in the market for a somewhat budget monitor.
