Today, I am showing you how to make Vangi Bhaat using naturally aged Basmati Rice. Vangi Bhaat is an Andhra Dish that is very common and is quite easy to make. In itself, the dish is pretty full of taste and you don't need a particular side dish for it. It is spicy and tangy and is usually made with Sona Masuri rice but at Amma Cheti Vanta, we like to try something new every day and so we have used Basmati Rice today!
