Water – 2½ cup (for2 cups of rice)

Oil – 1 teaspoon
Grated coconut – 4 tbl spoon
Coriander seeds – 1 ½ teaspoon
Pepper – 1 ½ tbl spoon
Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Poppy seeds – 1 teaspoon
Black stone flower (kalpasi)
Shallots – 6 to 8
Gingelly oil – 2 tbl spoon
Onion – 2
Curry leaves
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Chicken – 750 grams
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon

Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Corn flour – 2 tbl spoon
Juice of half lemon
