I visit a small local restaurant in Pokhara for lunch and learn from a lovely Nepalese couple how to make momos. I’ve been eating these momos every day for the last month for very good reason - they're the best momos I've found in Nepal. When they're made with love and laughter they have to taste better - these momos are insanely good.

This is one happy Nepalese couple from Pokhara who are a joy to be around - just like their food.
