BOTTA has Great Pizza | Now Open for LUNCH (Viera, FL)

Botta Neapolitan is now open for LUNCH. This was my first time eating here and I was seriously impressed. I don’t know how they do it, but their dough was perfectly cooked—light and fluffy but still strong enough to hold up my toppings. And the sauce was the real deal—you can see it, taste it, and know it’s authentic. Also, I didn’t leave the meal feeling heavy or sluggish (I’m sure the double espresso had nothing to do with it).
