Bristronica 24: Sono Current - Three Modules With Trovarsi

Great to catch up with  ‪@Trovarsi‬ from Sonocurrent, who showed us their latest modular offerings. First up was the MT2D distortion module, which allows both serial and parallel configurations using its tube-based design. Trovarsi explained how this flexibility offers more control, especially handy for setups that require different distortion voices when switching from studio to travel cases.

They also introduced the innovative three-stage crossfader, equipped with DC coupling and CV control. This feature lets you blend multiple sound sources seamlessly and apply creative modulation effects like sidechaining with percussion elements.

Lastly, the Group Fader module offers four inputs with controllable group levels and the option to invert two channels. Its built-in mute feature, which can be momentary or latchable, provides additional creative controls without needing extra modules, ensuring a streamlined setup for techno artists focusing on transitions.
