Amritsari Aloo Kulcha Recipe On Tawa | Stuffed Aloo Kulcha Recipe | Tawa Kulcha Without Yeast & Oven
🌺Ingredients🌺
Dough:2 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour2 tsp Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 tbsp Ghee / Oil, Divided½ Cup Curd/Yogurt½ tsp Salt
Lukewarm Water, As required to knead
Stuffing/Filling:
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp Cumin• 2 Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled & Grated/Mashed• 1 tsp Ginger, grated• 1 tsp Garlic, minced• 2 Green Chilli, Finely Chopped• 1-2 tbsp Chopped Coriander & Mint Leaves• 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder• ½ tsp Garam Masala• ½ tsp Dry Anar Dana/ Dry Pomegranate seeds Powder (optional)
• ½ tsp Chaat Masala• ½ tsp Amchoor Powder (Dry Mango Powder)
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Salt
Flour/Maida for Dusting
Topping:
• 1-2 tbsp Chopped Coriander & Mint Leaves• 1-2 tbsp Kalonji (Onion Seeds)
• 1 tbsp Roasted & Crushed Coriander & Cumin Seeds
