SLEEP HYPNOSIS for INSOMNIA Sufferers | Soothing Female Voice & Dark Screen

This guided hypnosis will teach you how to relax your body and mind, and create cues that tell yourself that it’s time to sleep. We will make a small change in your daily routine that will lead to peaceful nights of profound rest and helps to fight your insomnia so that you can wake up in the morning feeling your very best.

I added no imagery or video background, just a black screen / dark screen to not distract you. The only thing that is shown is our logo so when you see it you know the video is still running. In the background you hear our hypnotic sleep music that has been carefully composed to help with inducing hypnosis.

Although this sleep hypnosis for insomnia is intended to improve your sleep even after the first time you listen to it, I recommend listening to this female voice hypnosis before you go to sleep for 3 weeks in a row. The reason for that is to reprogram your subconscious to change its processing of sleep, which takes a bit of time.

Please note that all hypnosis used is self-hynosis, I am merely your guide. The hypnosis is safe to use, you can start, pause or resume it any time.
