Icelandic Fermented Shark

After an amazing lunch at Uppsalir Bar and Cafe in Reykjavik, I decided to try a traditional Iceland tourist dare; Kæstur hákarl or fermented shark. Considering Anthony Bourdain said it was the worst thing he ever ate, I think I weathered it like a champ.
