It's 42x past NES hard as far as games on the Game Boy went. The few people I know who've actually heard of this game all say they never made it past the 5th level...

Music is great but this game would benefit from a 'remaster' lol or a place in the online library so people can understand why times was hard and why the games that are celebrated the way are today.
