Ingredients:
For the appe batter:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup water
Chopped cilantro (optional)
For the stuffing:
1/2 cup mashed potato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the appe batter by mixing all the ingredients.
2. Heat an appe pan or a non-stick pan with oil.
3. Pour a small amount of batter into each mold.
4. Add a spoonful of stuffing in the center.
