Ingredients needed:
Potatoes - 6-7
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida(AP Flour) - 5 tsp
Chillies - 2 ( finely chopped )
Chilli falkes - 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Minced Garlic - 1 , 1/2 tbsp (minced)
Processed Cheese ( cut into small cubes )
Fresh coriander
Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Preperation
1. Cut potatoe intp big Chunks and boil them.
2. Mash it smooth, there should be no lumps.
3. Add corn flour, chillies, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning salt , minced garlic and fresh coriander. Mix them well.
4. Make a corn flour slurry by adding maida, salt, pepper and water.
5. Take a small portion of potato mixture and flatten it , put the cheese cube in centre and cover it with potato mixture. Make round balls.
6. Dip the potato cheese ball in corn flour slurry and coat it with bread crumbs. prepare all balls.
7. Deep fry until golden brown.
8 crispy potato cheese balls are ready to serve.
