Our conference fostered discussions on interrupting biases, intersectionality, globalization challenges, developing inclusive leaders and creating an inclusive work place. We also expanded the MCCA Pitch Session Network and Diversity Career Expo, shared best practices, celebrated trailblazers and recognized the future leaders of the legal industry. And, none of it would have been possible without engaged and collaborative partners.
