3 Unit Complex - Episode 1 / Repainting Unit B

When I purchased this 3 - unit complex there was already a tenant occupying this unit. Which was a major positive going into the deal.

Once I closed on the deal and found out the problems this tenant presented I had to get her out once her lease was up.

I repainted the entire unit off white because there was just too much wear and tear on the paint to keep it the same and bring a new tenant in.
