Hello guys note 2kg balochi tikka kadhai for home cooking in deep oil fry

Chicken 2 kg
Vinegar 2 tbl spn
Salt 1 tbl spn
Well wash and rest for 30 minuts

Step 1 Prepare Balochi Tikka Masala
Roasted crushed coriander 1 tea spn
Roasted crushed cumin 1 tea spn
Chilli flake 1 tbl spn
Chaat Masala 1 tea spn
Tatri 1/2 tea spn
Chicken powder 1 tea spn

Step 2
Chicke 2kg
Oil 1 cup 250ml
Water half cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbl spn
Fry on high flame for 10to12 minuts and extra oil remove
Add Green Chilli 10
Lemon juice 3 tbl spn or 3 lemon🍋
Sprinkle Balochi Masala as per your taste
