Its a morning walk around Ubud taking in the backstreets, the architecture, the monkey forrest, and an erratic meander beyond.

I talk about the E-visa situation for travelers with the online process put in place by Indonesia Immigration not yet working entirely smoothly for some people, this leaves some of us still using a visa agent.

I have a coffee with a shop owner and talk about her children and I’m surprised by her youthful good looks. She tells me she’s sixty one years of age but it’s hard to believe as she looks so young.
