4) Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate with a high cocoa content contains catechins, including EGCG. Choose chocolate with at least 70% cocoa for the best potential benefits.

5) Broad Beans also known as Fava Beans or Sem ki phali also do contains catechins. These can be enjoyed in form of cooked sabji/soups/stews etc.
