Super Spongy Hot Milk Cake

Ingredients

Instructions

Add the Hot Milk Mixture:

Gradually add the hot milk mixture to the batter, beating on low speed until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Bake the Cake:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s) and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit and whipped cream.
