Best Form of Exercise for MS #shorts

Can you guess the BEST form of exercise for MS?! 🤔

I’m constantly asked what the “best” form of exercise is for people with Multiple Sclerosis.

While there IS actually an answer (according to research), it doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t consistent with it.

So, here’s MY answer:

💥 The best form of exercise for MS is the thing you'll do consistently 💥

Here’s what I mean…

If you love swimming 🏊🏻‍♀️, go swimming!

If you love lifting 🏋🏼‍♀️, lift weights!

If you love yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️, practice yoga!

Exercise doesn't have to be complicated.

Just find something you love (or tolerate 😉) and do it consistently!

⚠️ MS research suggests exercising a total of 150 minutes per week over 5-6 days.
