Vegetable stew is a popular South Indian side dish normally serving with Chapati, Appam, Idiyappam and Parotta. It is a creamy and mildly spiced mixed vegetable curry that is made with a variety of veggies like carrots, potatoes, beans, and peas. Coconut milk is adding for getting better taste and a creamy texture for this recipe. Vegetable stew is a wholesome and nutritious dish that is perfect for a vegetarian meal.

Normally for making stew every one using coconut milk but in this video you can see one different method. Instead of coconut milk I used normal full fat cow milk and every one using garam masala but i used biriyani masala.. These two items will give one variety taste and good flavor for this recipe..

Ingredients used:-
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 2 small
Cinamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 3 nos
Fennel seeds -
Potato - 1 chopped
Carrot - 1/2 chopped
Beans - 5 nos chopped
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2 nos
Salt - 1+ 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Full fat cow milk - 1/4+1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp

milk must want to be boiled
use fresh milk
