If you suffer from insomnia and can't sleep, nature sounds can be very good healer. Nature sounds, such as rain, can be used in other ways, some would find relaxation with nature, for some it may calm their soul and for some it would help them to fall asleep and even reduce anxiety and stress after a long day or even focus while working!
