:- ingredients.
Chicken fry.
1/3" kg' chicken.
1/2" Tbls " turmeric powder.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1/2" Tbls ' of garam masala.
2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
Lemon.
Squeeze well.
1" small cup curd.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
Mix well.
Perfect mixing.
Soaked 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.
Add the 2" chopped tomatoes in a mixture jar.
6" cashew nuts.
1" Tbls ' of poppy seeds.
Grind into a fine paste.
Perfect grinding.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
Add the marinating chicken.
Mix well.
Deep fry.
Perfect roasting.
Stove off.
Keep it a side.
Stove on kadai.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
1" chopped big size onion.
Mix well.
2" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Mix well.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
Perfect roasting.
Add the blended tomato paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the fried chicken.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Curry leaves.
3" green chillies.
Mix well.
1" Tbls ' of chicken masala.
Mix well.
Coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Our delicious family chicken fry is a ready.
