I cannot think of such a blatantly inefficient way to propel a vehicle....the organic lifeforms evolved "legs" because of a muscle structure can only "contract" forcibly...and pairs and multiple muscles for these "one-way" biological constructs. The wheel was one of humanities greatest inventions.
